Culture can be managed. Most of the organizations are operative these days globally, therefore, it is very much needed to have a perfect organizational culture. Every company has an established organizational culture and the employees are expected to follow that culture. The higher management can review whether the culture is followed or not. The corporate culture involved believes, shared values, and systems of working in an organization. If the working culture is not managed then it can affect the employees and their performances in a negative way.
